If the above time limit expires and the Customer does not have any requests, complaints or recommendations, we will classify these transactions as having expired and the Customer no longer has the right to complain. Customer complaints submitted after this deadline will not be resolved by Us or may still be accepted depending on Our independent decision. Customer's complaint resolution process will be handled according to our complaint resolution procedure.
  9. The Customer agrees that We will be exempted from all liability if it can be proven that the Customer's problems did not occur due to Our fault or due to force majeure events.
  10. Customers are solely responsible for their decisions while using our Services
  11. Due to the specificity of the Service, the Customer agrees to assist in providing additional transaction information upon receiving a request for assistance in providing transaction information even after the Customer has completed using our Service.
