Remitly cooperates with FinFan: Money Real Time On The Go

Ewallets have grown in popularity, and many Vietnamese people use them to pay for stuff on the Internet.

Recognizing the significance of moving money via e-wallet in Vietnam, Remitly has collaborated with FinFan to provide a simpler approach for cross-border transfers, particularly cross border remittance.

How to transfer cross-border remittances from other countries to Vietnam directly to e-wallets by leveraging FinFan and Remitly capacity?

We can transfer money directly to ewallets in Vietnam with 3 steps:

Step 1: Visit Remitly’s website and create an account. After signing up, click on "Send Money", then go to "New Recipient" for creating a new transfer.
Step 2: Select "Mobile Money", and then opt from a variety of e-wallets, including MoMo, VNPay, VNPT Pay, and Zalo Pay. Please be noted that you should choose the one where the Beneficiary already has a registered e-wallet account.
Step 3: Fill out the Beneficiary's details, including Fist name, Middle name, Last name, and the phone number successfully registered as an e-wallet account by the e-wallet provider. Last but not least, to complete the transfer, enter Sender information such as Name, Address, Phone Number, and Card Information.

How long the Beneficiary can receive money?

Remitly provides two payment methods for sending money to MoMo, VNPay, VNPTPay, and, in particular, Zalo Pay. If you pay by a debit card (Express), the transaction will be processed in real-time. If you pay with a bank account (Economy), the transfer may take 3 to 5 days to reach the recipient's e-wallet.

The fee will be charged depending on the transfer service you selected. Economy transfers are completely free. For an instant transfer, however, the Express option will be charged $1.99 per transfer.
