FinFan and Nilos Canada Sign Strategic Partnership to Develop Cross-Border Remittance Corridor, Bridging Traditional Finance and New Technology in Vietnam

SINGAPORE, 12 November, 2025 — FinFan, a fintech entity specializing in comprehensive cross-border remittance technology solutions, and Nilos Canada, an advanced remittance platform integrating stablecoin technology and banking infrastructure, have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on a strategic partnership. The collaboration aims to optimize cross-border cash flow and modernize remittance transactions into Vietnam.
This partnership addresses critical challenges in international remittances, such as high costs and processing delays. FinFan contributes its established digital financial ecosystem and robust legal compliance platform in Vietnam, combined with Nilos Canada's technology infrastructure, advanced fund-routing capabilities, and stablecoin-based liquidity mechanism. (Nilos Canada independently operates its liquidity mechanisms, including stablecoins, to optimize cash flow before transferring funds to Vietnam in fiat currency). The shared goal is to deliver faster, more transparent, and more accessible digital transactions for users.
Mr. Nguyen Tuyen, Founder/CEO of FinFan, shared: “This is a significant milestone in our journey to realize our mission—enabling cross-border funds to move faster, safer, and more cost-effectively.”
Mr. Eytan Messika, CEO/Co-Founder of Nilos Canada, stated: “Partnering with FinFan is a strategic move that allows us to connect our global remittance network to a solid 'regulatory rail' in Vietnam. By combining FinFan's local compliance expertise with Nilos's technology, we can offer users in this emerging market the financial efficiency and convenience they deserve.”
The agreement centers on four key objectives:
Optimization: Optimizing the remittance corridor into Vietnam by leveraging new technologies. Compliance: Establishing a cooperative compliance framework, utilizing Nilos's regulatory license in Canada and FinFan's license from the State Bank of Vietnam. Integration: Technical integration where Nilos Canada manages the international leg using blockchain solutions, while FinFan ensures compliant final settlement in local fiat (VND) within Vietnam. Expansion: Mutual market expansion, with FinFan acting as Nilos's gateway to Southeast Asia and Nilos supporting FinFan's entry into Canada.
This collaboration lays the foundation for a reliable, connected, and inclusive financial ecosystem, contributing to enhanced trade efficiency, optimized cash flow, and affirming Vietnam's position in the global digital economy. Partners interested in modernizing the remittance infrastructure are invited to discuss the implementation roadmap and practical suitability.
